Iced Cucumber and Mint Green Tea (amazing)


6 green tea bags
Brown sugar
4 cups water
Handful of mint leaves
1 cucumber
1 lemon


Place six green tea bags in a heat-resistant jug with ¼ cup each brown sugar and liquid honey. Pour over four cups boiling water, stirring until sugar dissolves.

Add a handful of mint leaves and leave to cool then add a chopped telegraph cucumber and place in the fridge for at least an hour.

Add the juice of a lemon, strain and serve in glasses over ice with slices of cucumber and mint leaves to garnish.

Serves 4
