My Tea Vault rebuttal to Tigers Roar Teatox article

Rebuttal to Tigers Roar  article on Teatox? Think Not

When I saw the title of Tigers Roar article I knew there was going to be an issue there. Not because I totally disagree, I actually agree somewhat in what Tigers Roar was saying however when tea was lumped into the article and the statement was made ”   “. I had to reply.

As the article begins I cannot agree more. Woman are bombarded, to look good, smell great and be thin and if we are not, then we fall into the “other” category. Society see’s thin as healthy but I can name you several thin girls who can’t do 50 jumping jacks, as well as another 50 thin girls who eat so unhealthy but happen to be thin (maybe not forever). So what is a woman to do?

Diet? NO! I am a firm believe that the diet industry is nothing by a money maker machine. As I get more into living a non toxic life I will explain why diets DO NOT WORK!

But for now I will stay on track with Tiger’s Roar article.

I too have seen this new trend of skinny teas, detox teas and drink this tea to make you loose weight. I won’t pick one out because there are many and I am sure you heard of them. They bombard you on every social media format you are on. Again I agree with Tiger’s Roar and this statement “Sounds like the ultimate euphoric answer to solve unsatisfied weight loss goals”, is my one complaint against tea detox as well as many “diet” products. There is not a euphoric answer to the problem. Honest, there just isn’t.

Now Tiger’s Roar goes into an explanation how one tea product works, then says at the bottom of the box there is no Food and Drug Administration evaluation. I’m not a total fan of the FDA, that same administration allows us to partake of so many horrible things so their endorsement to me, means nothing.

Do tea detox work? Mostly likely for a moment, a day or two but you are not supposed to use it for a long period of time. You will loose water weight. And all those endorsements.. really, do I need to explain those?

Now here is what I want to say to Tigers Roar and to all of you. Tea works, tea is amazing, tea does have medicinal properties but it’s not a weight loss miracle.

Let’s look at

Chamomile (not a tea but an herb) can be use to calm you and relax your body.

Thousands of years ago, the east used teas to aid the body and soul, it’s not a miracle, it’s a tea, it’s a product of the earth with properties to help and aid our bodies when we have certain issues or problems. Certain teas contain flavonoids and other things that have been known to help the body battle, cancer, heart disease, clogged arteries and more. Each tea: white, black, green, yellow, Oolong, Pu-era, Roobois and more have properties that can help, not heal but help.

Bottom line, if you want to feel better and look better? Eat better, Work out and drink more water, it’s that simple, it really is yet it is the hardest thing to get people to realize they have to do.

Thanks to Tiger’s Roar for the inspiration for this post.

I hope it leads you to a healthier life and a non toxic lifestyle
