Oolong/White 85°C / 185°F 3 – 4

Green/Yellow 80°C / 176°F 2 – 3

Herbal/Tisanes.         100°C / 212°F 5 – 15

This tea was a feature in the 2016 July tea club.

The A&P is a pressed black tea, suitable for aging in the short term. Intentionally processed on the lighter side with traditional sun drying, this black tea has deeper chocolate flavors. This tea was a special commission for white2tea using large leaf Puer varietal.

Each cake is 100 grams.



Prior to brew: There is a depth to this tea just in the feel alone.


Brewed: Brewed this is a darker liquor.


Scent: This tea has a smokey scent.


Flavor: There is a bitter aftertaste as well as a smokey taste to it.


Sentiments: I’m a fan of black teas and this one is no different, with a smokey taste this tea still holds true to be an amazng example of a pure leaf loose tea.
