Good Morning world! What’s your morning routine? Mine is to put the kettle on, boil the water and create a perfect cup of morning tea.
The best morning tea will wake you. But you don’t want to be THAT awake. Tea is a slow awakening process, it’s peaceful.
There are some mornings you need to wake up. Other mornings you want to slowly greet the morning hours. Whatever you need tea will be there for your morning tea needs. So grab a cup and say good morning tea, let’s do this day!
Who needs a morning tea?
I work a swing shift (3 months nights, 3 months days) So my mornings are sometimes my nights. My morning tea can range from crazy caffeinated to barely any caffeine. I need a morning tea, even at 2 am.
What is a morning tea?
Morning tea for most is something that contains caffeine. For others, caffeine cannot be tolerated, in the morning or most times. So, what’s in your cup in the morning? The tea you want and/or the tea you need. That’s the perfect morning tea.
So what makes a good morning tea?
Simply, it’s the tea you want to drink. Because you want to drink it does not make it a good morning tea. I’ve drunk a few teas in the morning that completely upset my stomach and my morning. Is there a science to it? Maybe. But there is some common sense to a good morning tea.
If you are a coffee drinker and looking for a calmer way to caffeinate try
