4 Reasons to Enjoy that Blended Tea

A cup of tea and a dose or reality!

There are more reasons for some then others to drink tea.  Some enjoy the tea from whatever source it’s retrieved from. Others love the whole idea of a tea ceremony.

And that is only two very basic reasons.  What about these ( and this is the short list).

1. How about the taste, tea is creative either single origin or blended, you can experiment and create your own as well.  There is something amazing about the taste of tea especially the single origin, it’s like you can taste the air and soil, the land.  It’s not only an incredible sensation to taste the origin of the tea it’s a privilege.

2. Tea is way better then coffee :-). I’m however biased but, most studies do show the caffeine content and total make up of tea is far superior then that of coffee.  However we can dirty up our teas as well, with milk and sweetener as well as ingredients that are not so healthy.

3. Tea for me is amazing as well as a memory.  My memory of tea takes me back to a peaceful time with my grandmother, the memory of sharing tea with her on our visits.  She was an incredible lady.

4. Tea is a healthy drink.  I do not mean the weight loss tea agenda but more the take a blended tea and combine some amazing herbs to aid in what is holding you back.
